Lake Quenouille is one of the finest jewel of the Laurentian area. A clever environment protection politic recently
adopted by the city of Val-des-Lacs protects the natural integrity of lake Quenouille.
Clever norms regulating the speed and circulation of motorized boats on lake Quenouille is in place.
Motorboat speed is limited to 5 km/h within 60 meters of the shoreline. Maximum speed allowed is 55km/h.

The property is located only 17 km from Mont-Tremblant ski slopes.

For the experienced trecker, Mont-Kaaïkop trails and the intercenter trail linking St-Donat to Mont-Tremblant
passes close by.
The provincial snowmobile trail network is also easily accessible.
